Refund Policy

Chrysalis Consulting LLC dba Emerging Project Leader makes every effort to ensure that our relationship is a good fit prior to the purchase of any coaching package, workshop, webinar, bootcamp, or course.

For coaching clients, there are check-ins throughout our sessions to ensure you, as the Client, are receiving what you need from the coaching process. For all offerings, your purchase indicates your willingness and commitment to participate fully while also understanding that unforeseen events can occur.

Refunds or cancellations will be considered on an individual basis, at the sole discretion of Chrysalis Consulting. In addition to the guidelines outlined below, exceptional circumstances may be reviewed.

Refund and Cancellation Guidelines

Coaching Packages

• The Client may cancel a coaching package within 24 hours of purchase and request a full refund.

• To cancel, email brandi@emergingprojectleader.com.

Workshops, Webinars, Bootcamps, and Courses (Live or Pre-Recorded)

• Clients may cancel their registration within 24 hours of purchase and request a full refund, as long as the live event has not yet taken place and course materials have not been accessed.

• For live events (e.g., workshops, webinars, bootcamps), refunds are not available after the event has occurred.

• For digital courses, refunds are not available once course materials have been accessed or downloaded.
